Jared Lopez UTL (25’FL)
A 6'3 195lb athletic player that can move around the field in multiple positions. His game is highlighted around his ability to create above average bat speed and stay in the middle of the field on a line. Defensively, he shows quite feet when approaching the ball and gives himself a chance to throw accurately to the bases.
Landon Cuzzone RHP/INF (26’FL)
A 6'2 180 two-way with a short, clean arm action on the mound and utilizes his lower half extremely well. As an infielder, he stays low and keeps his feet moving the entire time through the ball which allows him to make accurate timely throws across the diamond. With a simple approach at the plate, Landon stays gap to gap advancing balls into the outfield. Very interesting uncommitted player to follow.
Jonuel Stolaza Ramo INF (26’FL)
An INF from Ridge Community HS, Ramo flashed the glove well at 2B during the event. He showed good instincts and feel around the position, be able to smoothly utilize his footwork to get around the ball. During BP, he possessed a compact swing that allowed him to be direct to the ball and create proper extension.
Caleb Andrews MIF/RHP (26’FL)
A two-way player from Lake Placid HS, showcased some arm talent on the mound with a loose 3/4 arm that rotates well through the his lead leg. With the bat he creates natural uplift through extension with loose hands and barrel. He attacks the ball well in the infield, giving himself time to produce the proper footwork to make an accurate throw.
Forest Clifton C (26’FL)
A 5'10 190lb catcher who displayed strong legs in both his catching and hitting. During BP, he uses his lower half well to help generate power through the upper body while creating above average bat speed at impact. When throwing down from the crotch, Forest stays low and transfers well getting a quick, clean throw off for a pop time clocking in at 2.09.
Izeah Vargas UTL (27’FL)
A 6'0 160lb lean athlete that plays off his strength of speed, in which he posted a 7.00 60. With the bat, his hand start in a low need his shoulder and uses a small hand load to help him create a direct path to the ball. Each swing produced a low line drive to the middle of the field, which will allow him to use his feet as apart of his game.
Brayden Castleberry INF/RHP (28’FL)
A 5'11 145lb tall and lengthy two-way that showed well on the mound. He does a good job on staying closed with his upper body as he rides down the mound into pitch release. Using his glove side to pull down, he allows his taller frame to get downhill and create a fast arm. He also flashed the ability as a two-way with the glove and bat, staying simple and smooth throughout both.
Arik Mendoza CINF (28’FL)
A 5'10 215lb player who really uses his big body to produce a power swing into the pull side gap. He has natural uplift in his swing producing good extension when hitting the ball in the air. He has a quite lower half which helps him be more on time with his upper body when swinging through the zone.
Brick Rittinghouse UTL (30’FL)
A 2030 grad that flashed some fluidity with his footwork and glove in the outfield. He was able to effectively get a good pro-step together and have accuracy in his throws to the bags with some carry. He showed a mechanically sound swing that will continue to improve as he matures.
Grayson O’Neal RHP/OF (30’FL)
A 2030 grad that showcase some athleticism with the bat and arm. On the mound, his tempo is under control throughout the wind up and when it is time to get down the mound, he allows his body to speed up with a quick arm. During BP he displayed a sound swing that really focused on keep good direction during extension and staying in the middle of the field. He is a good looking player who will continue to improve through the years.
