Showed good mound presence today and was able to hold the runners on well. Has good command of the FB and was able to get it up to 81. Kept his velo deep into the game. Has good command of the BB and is able to throw it in any count. Uncommitted.


Davin Taylor (‘25,SC)- Blue Chip Bulls 15u - Had a mature approach in the box is all of his ABs today. Does not chase pitches out of the zone and was able to barrel up a couple of baseballs. Had 2 90 MPH EV in the first game today along with another one in the 2nd game. Uncommitted.


Vernon Woodard (‘26,GA)- ECB 15u Navy - At 5’10 165 has alot of room to grow and fill out. Barreled up baseballs today and is able to drive the ball to both sides of the field well. Uncommitted.


Slade Clayton (‘25,AL)- ECB 15u Navy - Show good barrel control today driving balls to both sides of the field with a lot of power. At 6’ 210 he moves well and is very athletic in the field. Uncommitted.


Nicholas DeCapio (‘26,SC)- Upstate Mavericks 15u - At 6’2 220 DeCapio is a big athletic 1B so is able to make good plays defensively as well as hit. He made solid contact with 2 baseballs in game 1 today that both had 87+ EVs. Uncommitted.


Sam McCutcheon (‘26,SC) Upstate Mavericks 15u Scout - At 6’1 190 McCutcheon has a lot of room to grow but is already throwing a good FB that was up to 84 today. Was able to get plenty of Swings and misses on the FB with above average offspeed to go with it. Uncommitted.


Bubba Coleman (‘26, GA) ECB Astros 15u - 

The LSU commit made difficult plays look effortless. The ability to maintain a strong ball flight on off balance throws across the diamond shows his true athleticism. Had multiple quality AB’s to accompany his middle of the field approach. 


Quinn Walsh (‘27, SC) Anchor Bat 14u - His high energy can be seen in his gameplay and reflects through his teammates around him. He displays excellent footwork with the ability to really pick it at short. Is a true gamer. Uncommitted.


Jesse Covington (‘27, NC) Team 24 Black - 

Great build with room to fill out. Showed AA bat to ball skills for his age, while projecting to be an elite infielder. Had the highest exit velo at SMC with a line drive rbi base hit. Uncommitted.


John Nypaver III (‘27, SC) Team 24 Black - 

The 5’11 southpaw ran the fastball up to 80 mph from a traditional arm slot. The frame projects to be one that will only allow the velo to increase.
