Eric Cha (‘24,FL) South Florida Bandits Orioles Scout Team Upperclass - Big athletic + strong frame at 6’5 230lbs. Proved to be effectively wild out of the pen firing an upper 8’s FB w/ 2300rpm while showing ability to hit all four quadrants. Kept hitters unbalanced by mixing in a low 7’s 2400rpm BB w/ good 11-5 shape. BB was definitely his strikeout pitch, getting both s/m and landing it for K’s. Uncommitted for now.

Ryley Chapman (‘24,FL) CP7 Baseball 2024 -  Switch hitting SS w/ string frame at 6’2 185lbs, a  lot to like on both sides of the ball. Had multiple QAB’s all day from both sides of the ball w/ evident pop from the LS, sub 7 runner and showed it as he legged out a triple in game 2. Good movements up the middle, flashed an AA arm across the diamond, been clocked at 88 in the past. Committed to UTSA.

Josh Hungler (‘24,FL) CP7 Baseball 2024 - Primary C, showed good actions behind the dish, good carry on throws to second. Uses a lot of his big frame at the dish, works G2G w/ good pop to both sides. Hit multiple balls hard today, including a 92mph single to the BS. Still uncommitted.

Alex Pantoja (‘24,FL) CP7 Baseball 2024 - Had one of the best days at the plate, multiple QAB’s and showed ability to work back up the middle. Shows confidence in the box and knows the strike zone. LHH, sets up slightly open, moves hands throughout the swing but showed ability to get hands to the ball. Most of his hits were LD back up the middle w/ upper 8’s EV. Uncommitted.

Alan Soler (‘24,FL) All American Prospects Underclass - Exciting arm to watch, uses every bit of his tall/lanky frame at 6’3 160lbs, will be even better as he continues to fill. Displayed a love for his BB, throwing it in almost any count; had guys throwing their bats trying to hit it. Lands it for K and gets the s/m. Showed feel to both sides of the plate with his low 8’s FB T84. Commanded the zone well limiting hard contact. Uncommitted for now.

Alex Hernandez (27’, FL) Scorched a few balls today and had a 2B in his first AB. Great feel for the strike zone and will not chase. Natural feel for the barrel and uses a full field approach. Advanced skillset for his age, restless motor and shows plus instincts running the bases. Really scrappy player who is going to be an uncommitted name to follow.

TJ Gramesty (‘24,FL) TBT Toros 2024 - Catcher with huge pop and a ton of bat speed, homered to left in his first AB then split the RCF gap with a hard hit double later in the game. FAU commit.

Bryce Jackson (‘24,FL) TBT Toros 2024 - Two-Way guy with solid frame and good looking swing. Low 8s off the bump, worked deep into the game in game 1 of the day. Filled it up w offspeed stuff as well. USF Commit.

Sebastian Rivera ('25, FL) South Florida Bandits Orioles Scout Team Underclass - FB sat 85-87 T: 88 in his first inning of work. Settled in at 83-86 for the rest of his outing. Firm FB, moved it E/W to both sides of the plate. Generated a few whiffs with a Sweeping SL in the low to mid 70’s with a ton of horizontal  movement to it. Missed a ton of barrels and made easy work of the Mahler lineup. Currently uncommitted.

Ty Velardo (‘24,FL) All American Prospects Upperclass - Stocky left handed first baseman, roped one off the fence in the first game of the day, 86 EV 322’ per Flight Scope. Displays evident pullside power. Clean barrel bath through the zone with the ability to lift balls from time to time. Good feel for the strike zone and didn’t chase. Going to hit for some more consistent power as he physically matures and refines his swing to drive the ball in the air more. He is currently uncommitted.

Seamus Moylan (‘27,FL) 2027 Scorpions Scout Team - Standout defensive catcher in the 2027 class. Works his thumb smoothly under the ball, and stole a lot of low strikes. Was able to block the ball well laterally to his right side. His arm strength really stands out for his age and he has gunned down a few runners so far this weekend, averaging a 2.00 pop time that’ll only get lower. Moylan will become a very high level defensive catcher behind the plate as he matures, currently uncommitted.

Brayden Kleibl (‘27,FL) 2027 Scorpions - Mature bat for his age, shows comfortability in the box that should continue to develop as he ages. LHH/C showed off a good arm w/ carry between innings, shows he can limit the run game. Drove a couple shots back up the middle to the PS. Uncommitted.

Seth Merced (‘26,FL) Miami Cubs Red - Limited the damage in relief for the cubs, young arm that should continue to develop as he matures/gets older. Upper 7’s FB worked well to both righties + lefties. Had feel for BB/CH as well throwing it multiple times in different counts. Uncommitted.

Ryley Chapman (‘24,FL) CP7 Baseball - Continues to impress this weekend both offensively and defensively. Switch hitting SS worked deep into counts all morning, driving the ball to the PS. Showed + range this morning to arm side and ability to throw on the run. Will be fun to watch him this upcoming senior year and as he grows. UTSA commit.

Frank Sgarlata (‘24,FL) CP7 Baseball - SP in the morning slot against a very good All American Prospects team. Came out of the gate firing a mid 8’s FB and sat there all game, got up to 86 and touched it consistently. Medium sized Frame, worked mainly from the stretch. Didn’t show much of a BB but when he did he landed it for K’s. Got out of multiple jams and limited damage. Should be a good follow as he continues to develop. Uncommitted.

Dylan Fatovich (‘24,FL) All American Prospect Upperclass - Top of the order bat, showed off PS Pop and AA speed. Bats from the LS, sets up slightly open w/ a good leg kick. Primary OF, but DH’d today. Ran home to third in 11 seconds on his 3B. Has had an impressive weekend offensively. University of North Florida commit.

Alex Thompson (‘25,FL) FTB Rockets 2025 - Interesting 2 way follow, can swing it and handles himself well behind the plate. Impressive off the bump today as well, sitting mid 8s T86 w a solid BB thrown for strikes consistently.

Watched him collect 6 hits in 2 days along with multiple impressive plays on the defensive side. slapping balls up the middle and the other way jumping on whatever he’s given. Plays very confident with swagger at every position on the diamond. Leader type of personality playing up as a 14 yo very exciting player to watch as he grows. Uncommitted.

Saul Betancourt (‘25,FL) Tornadoes 16U - Short and powerful stroke at plate, hits the ball hard. Threw 6 solid innings in today’s championship game, topping 80 with  a sweeping breaking ball up to -22 horizontal with very good fastball command. Talented young 2 ways with a bright future.
