Will Thomas (‘25,VA) - One of if not the most impressive bat at this week's event. Finds barrels consistently and has big time raw power. Looks smooth at SS with quick hands and good footwork. Has a strong physical frame at 5’11”, 175 pounds. High ceiling and good uncommitted follow.
Vincent Salvo (‘24,VA) - Impressive LHP that spun his SL up to 2608 RPMs and consistently spun it above 2500 RPMs. Worked a low 8s FB along with a low 7s CH but his main pitch is his SL. Every pitch pounds the zone and hits corners consistently. A solid frame at 5’10”, 190 pounds. Good uncommitted follow.
Cooper Carter (‘24,CA) - Projectable frame at 6’0” 160 pounds. A solid C that has a 1.95s pop time and displays a strong arm with smooth footwork. Very vocal behind the plate. Needs a little polishing up with the bat but has potential and upside. Good uncommitted follow.
Will Piester (‘26,VA) - Young kid with good upside and a small projectable frame at 5’8”, 150 pounds. Found barrels in both games and has a good approach at the plate. A projectable catcher with a 2.04s pop time and good awareness. Uncommitted.
Joshua Young (‘24,MD) - Strong physical frame at 6’2”, 197 pounds. Solid OF play with good route running. Shows good plate vision and good contact hitter. Uncommitted.
Cal Oakley (‘25,VA) - One of the best catchers from this weekend with a pop time of 1.91s. Quick/smooth actions behind the plate. A good contact hitter with quick hands and good control of the barrel. Good uncommitted follow.
Nicholas Francuzenko (‘24,VA) - A physical frame at 6’0”, 190 pounds. A strong projectable LHH with raw power. Found a couple big barrels this weekend with a pair of 2B. Has a strong arm behind the dish with a 1.95s pop time. Uncommitted.
Tanner Phillips (‘25,VA) - Big time pop to the pull side and found barrels all weekend. Projectable frame at 6’3”, 180 pounds. Plays a solid 1B with soft hands. Intriguing uncommitted follow.
Wyatt Wolf (‘24) - One of the best all around players from this weekend. Strong arm from the OF with a velo of 91 mph and 88 mph from SS. Smooth/fluid action from across the diamond with quick hands and excellent footwork. Good contact bat that plays in the middle of the order. A really intriguing uncommitted follow.
Jack Rampey (‘24,VA) - A big time uncommitted arm. FB got up to 86 mph and sat at 83-84 mph. Has a big time slider with late break that gets swings and misses and is an excellent strikeout pitch. Flashed a changeup that topped at 71. A solid physical frame. Good uncommitted RHP.
Trey Graydon (‘25,VA) - Big projectable frame at 6’4”, 215 pounds. Plays a solid 1B. Has a lively FB that tops at 87 mph and sits at 84-85 mph. Mixes in a slider that tops at 74 mph and has nice break to it. Uncommitted.
Malcolm Gillies (‘25,OH) - Light projectable frame at 5’11”, 145 pounds. Was dominant on the mound this weekend where he displayed a FB that got up to 84 mph and sat 81-82 mph. Has a SL that gets a ton of swings and misses that topped at 75 mph. Also mixed in a good CH that peaked at 77 mph. Gets his lower half really involved by getting extended down the mound. Intriguing uncommitted follow.
Alex Gonzalez (‘25,VA) - Displayed a heavy SL with high spin rate that looked really impressive. Hides the ball really well on the mound which makes it difficult for hitters to pick up and allows his FB (T84) to sneak up on hitters. Mixes in a good CH that T76. Projectable frame at 6’0”, 175 pounds. Solid uncommitted follow.
Owen Saiani (‘24,PA) - Has a nice swing that is quick and compact that allows him to spray the ball to all fields. Showed some power with a double to the warning track. Real smooth MIF that has a good arm and quick hands. Good uncommitted follow.
