The Black Bear Classic has emerged as one of the best events on the East Coast since its creation in 2014. Yearly the Black Bear has brought a large amount of high level travel teams, their families, and coaches/scouts to Greenville, SC. In 2019, Black Bear featured 211 teams and had 100+ coaches/scouts in attendance.

HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS Prospectselect Baseball, Inc. their officers, officials, agents and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (“Releasees”) WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY,DISABILITY, DEATH, ECONOMIC LOSS OR LOSS TO DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE. The release of liability by me is based upon the acknowledgment that that sports of any kind or nature involves the risk of injury, disability or death to spectators and participants. I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISK WHEN WE PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES SPONSERED BY THE “RELEASEES”. I also give permission to Prospectselect Baseball, Inc. to use player information, photo’s, video’s on the internet and to release player information to college and professional scouts.
Once payment for an event is received no refund will be issued
Once a tournament starts, the first pitch is thrown, no refunds will be given. 20% credits will be awarded to team(s) who play less than 25% of their originally scheduled games.
